GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
Promoting harmonious relationships between students themselves and students-teachers as well should be the paramount aim to maintain a dignified and strife- free atmosphere in the College premises. An online portal has been created by the College for students. The objective of this Grievance Redressal portal is to provide all students a platform wherein they can seek redressal of their grievances by lodging it using this portal. All grievances or suggestions received from students through this online portal are put up before a duly constituted Grievance Redressal Cell of the College. The Grievance Redressal Committee aims to redress complaints and provide amicable solution to the students within the given set of laid down rules and regulations.
The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is committed to addressing complaints and any suggestions, based on merits, received from students them promptly and appropriately. Students can voice their grievances on both academic and non-academic matters through Online platforms or grievance/suggestion boxes placed within the College campus. The College is committed to resolving student grievances within a specified timeframe which helps in stronger ties between students and the College, and creating an environment conducive to academic excellence.
The primary goal of this portal is to ensure complete transparency in the College operations, while addressing any complaint / Grievances. However, the Online Students' Grievance Redressal Portal is not intended for routine inquiries or issues, as the College has already in place a Grievance Redressal Cell which also looks into routine complaints of the students. The students having any complaints/ grievances are being encouraged to register them using this established channel now.
