Student Welfare Committee

Financial aid program designed to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by expenses after they have completed their matriculation (10th grade) enabling them to pursue higher education without financial barriers.

Objectives

Arrange for special care for the weaker and needy sections of students.
To help provide opportunities for holistic development to students.
Providing information and assistance with financial aid application.
Developing financial literacy programs information services for students.
To provide financial assistance to SC, ST, minorities, OBC, general and non-creamy layer students to enable them to pursue educational professional and technical courses.
Inform students about various scholarship. Provided by the ministry of social justice and empowerment.

Functions

Promoting pos- matric scholarship program through informational sessions, workshops and other outreach efforts.
Keeping track of various government scholarship programs.
Assisting students with queries related to pos-matric scholarship.
Working closely with various departments to identify deserving and needy students and ensure they receive adequate support throughout the scholarship process.
Promoting equal access to scholarship for marginalized groups including students from economically weaker sections, minorities, ST/SC, general and OBC.
