National Service Scheme, NSS was established by the government on 24th September 1969 for all the universities. The aim was to promote affection, sympathy, dedication and the spirit of service among students so that during their student life they learn to be capable citizens. NSS wing in the college is working effectively. All students of BA & B.Sc., can join the scheme. The students have to devote total 168 hours with 84 hours every year to the NSS and it is compulsory to take part in all the activities of same. NSS Students carrying a NSS camp certificate will be given weightage in competitive exams and services. Students of our college have earned name and reputation for the College – representing it at Youth Parliament, New Delhi.
